SUMMARY:A Sacred Circle Meditation Ceremony
DESCRIPTION:This is much more than just a meditation. Meeting in a sacred circle ceremony is a powerful way to connect with the living energies from Mother Earth and the Cosmos. First we start with a deep relaxation. We gather and accumulate heavy energy throughout our days, weeks, months and years. Without a way to relax and release this heavy energy, we end up carrying it around throughout our days and lives. It will take time to relax, and we’re not in a rush.\n\nRussell Gorga, a Certified Adult Chair® Master Coach, will guide the group into this relaxation with cues and there will be intervals of silence so each participant can feel the relaxation and the release of heavy energy occurring in the body. Once the group is in a deeper state of relaxation and the heavy energy is flowing out of our beings we will enter a ceremonial state of harmony and coherence. This state is a very powerful experience to cleanse and clear the heavy energies and enable the living energies to rebuild our beings from a cellular and molecular level. This results in a deeper connection to self and deeper soul alignment.\n\nAs the ceremony comes to a close, participants will feel very at ease and relaxed. Some may feel drained and tired. We will take some time for everyone to readjust to their denser energy field as we return to the 3D environment. Once that’s done, we can have a Q&A or just remain in the gentle space we’ve created.\n\n$25 per personThis meditation will take place in the cat lounge with our adoptable cats.No shoes or bare feet are allowed in the cat lounge.
