Gig in the Park

Gig in the Park is a free spring concert series held at the Vollis Simpson Whirligig Park and co-hosted by Wilson Downtown Development. The event features live music from various genres, food trucks, and beverages available for purchase. Attendees are encouraged to bring chairs or blankets for seating. The series runs every other Thursday evening from April through June from 6pm to 9pm, offering a family-friendly atmosphere in a unique outdoor setting.
